Dr. Nels Nelsen is originally from the Gulf Coast of Florida.  He completed his Undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and his Graduate Studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia.

In 1999, Dr. Nelsen further advanced his education by obtaining a Post-Graduate degree in Chiropractic Neurology from New York Chiropractic College.  He is the only board certified Chiropractic Neurologist in Goldsboro/Wayne County.

Dr. Nelsen is also the only chiropractor in Goldsboro/Wayne County that has a degree in Clinical Nutrition. 

Dr. Nelsen is a member of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association and a honorary member of the Sunrise Kiwanis Club of Goldsboro.  

Dr. Nelsen has practiced Chiropractic Medicine for 21 years with the last 19 years in Goldsboro North Carolina.  He is a avid fisherman and enjoys the North Carolina coast with his wife Connie and their two children Quinn and Summer.
